DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134
(2004) from the examiner’s final rejection of claims 1 through
9, 17, and 18 (final Office action mailed on September 29,
2004), which are all of the claims pending in the above-
identified application.
The subject matter on appeal relates to a method for
coating a substrate with a polymeric reaction mixture.
