Child labor
Sec. 14. No person under the age of eighteen (18) years may enter
any mine for the purpose of employment. A parent or guardian of
each person seeking employment must furnish an affidavit as to the
age of that person when there is any doubt in regard to his age. The
operator of any mine shall see that the provisions of this section are
complied with.
