Indiana Code - Family Law and Juvenile Law - Title 31, Section 31-34-10-7

Child's admission or denial of allegations

Sec. 7. If a petition alleges that the child is a child in need of
services under IC 31-34-1-6, the juvenile court shall determine
whether the child admits or denies the allegations. A failure to
respond constitutes a denial.
