Plate classes
Sec. 6. In the design of disabled veteran license plates, the bureau
shall develop two (2) classes of license plates as follows:
(1) Class I license plates that may only be issued to persons who
are certified as having a one hundred percent (100%)
service-connected disability.
(2) Class II license plates for other persons qualified for a
license plate under this chapter.
