Notice of delivery to clerk of court. The custodian of the medical record which has been subpoenaed shall promptly notify the attorney for the party who caused the subpoena to be issued that the documents involved have been delivered to the court. For purposes of this notice it is sufficient for the custodian to deliver to such attorney a copy of the certificate verifying the contents and authenticity of the medical record so supplied.
