Application for licensure after revocation; fees. Any licensee whose license was revoked by the Board may apply for a new license pursuant to the provisions of this chapter at any time after the date of revocation. The Board may consider such an application for licensure and may grant it upon the applicant’s payment of a fee set by the Board to cover the administrative costs of any investigation and hearing.
