I believe this would honor a man who not only gave his heart and soul to entertain the nation, but gave his love to whom ever would except it without malice or forthought to himself. He endure all the humilation and prosicution that was inflicted upon through the media and the families that accused him unjustly.
He not only cared about the human race, but he tried to make it a better place for all the children of the world and how many of you can say that about yourselves. If you had all the prestige that he had would you have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help your fellow man in a crisis, as he did with all these children that could not help themselves.
He gave of his time, his heart and we can't even count the amount of money that he gave to ensure that so many children were taken care of. Since it has come out that the people that put him through all this pain and agrrevation has come forward and admitted that what they done was out of greed .
When are you going to admit that you all were wrong for accusing a man of something that he did not do? Will it take you 10 years of his death to admit that he was just what he said he was and what he wanted for the human race. That he was a child of god and was here on this earth to give love to whom ever would except it.
Don' t make him wait to get the recognition that he deserve. Does he have to wait like those prisoners on death row in Florida, that are not quility of a crime they didn't commit, but was convicted and later after 20 years you find that they were not guilty and you now want to set the record straight.
So here is you opportunity to make it known that this was an honorable man, a good kind man with a heart of gold that cherrished the entire human race. I hope that this is passed and the world can honor him for all times.

This is an incredible effort and I hope you succeed in getting the resolution passed. Michael Jackson was so much more than just a musical genius and pop icon. He was also an exceptional and compassionate human being. Even when the press was unkind to him he still found it in his heart to reach out to those in need. All the nasty stories in the media never made him bitter which it could have easily done. That in itself should tell you what type of person he was.
