I was the foreperson on a recent California case best known as the “Will and Grace” trial. After we delivered a verdict to the court that was not read, the defense Googled me and discovered essays I had written about their client some time before and filed a motion to dismiss me based on my non-disclosure of them. They showed the court the most inflammatory paragraph but I never got the chance to adequately defend myself or point out positive articles about their client. So I was tossed and a pro-plaintiff verdict got tossed as well.

To the editors of this site - I have an essay that covers the legal issues that I would like to post. Where can I send it to you?
Thank you,
