Code of Alabama - Title 9: Conservation And Natural Resources - Section 9-10-30 - Resolution declaring need for formation of corporation; appointment of incorporators, etcLegal Research Home > Alabama Lawyer Sponsored LinksSection 9-10-30 - Resolution declaring need for formation of corporation; appointment of incorporators, etc.The county commission of any county of this state is hereby authorized to declare by the adoption of an appropriate resolution the need for the formation of a county water conservation and irrigation corporation or other such corporation as provided for in this article. Upon the adoption of such resolution the county commission shall appoint five persons, each of whom must be a duly qualified elector and property owner in the county, who shall form the board of directors of such corporation and shall proceed to organize such corporation.
