Code of Alabama - Title 9: Conservation And Natural Resources - Section 9-10-32 - Certificate of incorporation - FilingLegal Research Home > Alabama Lawyer Sponsored LinksSection 9-10-32 - Certificate of incorporation - Filing.The certificate of incorporation with the documents attached shall be filed with the judge of probate of the county and the Secretary of State, who shall forthwith receive and record the same. When such certificate is so filed the corporation referred to therein shall come into existence and shall constitute a body corporate and politic, vested with the rights and powers granted in this article.
