28-5007. Electronic record of temporary
registration; notice of transfer

Before a title service company issues temporary registration plates, the company
shall send to the department through an authorized third party or the department's
authorized third party electronic service provider an electronic record of the temporary
registration plates. This electronic record is written notice of the transfer.
