To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject claims 1, 47-88, 90-100, 102-150
and 152-156 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is affirmed as to claims 83-88, 90-100, 102-150 and 152-
156 but reversed as to claims 1 and 47-82. A new ground of rejection of claims 1 and 47-82 is
entered pursuant to 37 CFR § 1.196(b).
