DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the
final rejection of claims 1, 2, 4-6, and 9-13, all of the
claims remaining in this application.
The subject matter on appeal is directed to a method for
clarifying food processing waste water containing suspended
