DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner's final
rejection of claims 1 through 46 and 49. Claim 50, the only other claim pending in this
application, has been withdrawn from further consideration under 37 CFR § 1.142(b) as
not readable on the elected invention.
