DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the Examiner's final rejection of claims
1-4, 7, and 8, which are all of the claims pending in this application.
BACKGROUND
The Appellants’ invention relates to an aqueous coating composition having extended open time
and a method for extending the open time. Claims 1 and 4 are representative of the subject matter on
appeal and are reproduced below:
