DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on an appeal from the final rejection of
claims 12-19, all the claims currently pending in the
application.
Appellants’ invention pertains to a frame assembly for a
vehicle, said frame assembly comprising a frame having a pair of
frame rails and a subframe having a generally U-shaped unitary
