                                 DECISION ON APPEAL                                   
               This is an appeal from the final rejection of claims                   
          1 through 10.  In an Amendment After Final (paper number 18),               
          claim 10 was amended.                                                       
               The disclosed invention relates to a progress monitor that             
          progressively reveals information as the progress indicator                 
          becomes larger.
