DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134(a) from
the Examiner=s final rejection of claims 1, 2 and 4-6. Claim 3
has been canceled.
We affirm.
BACKGROUND
Appellant’s invention is directed to a visible/infrared
imaging camera capable of properly focusing infrared light images
even when the zoom ratio of the zoom lens system is changed.
According to Appellant, light transmitted through the zoom lens
