               Tanaka.  We also reverse the rejection of claim 13 as unpatentable over                      
               AAPA in view of Fukuyama and Tanaka, and further in view of Maeda, the                       
               Examiner’s reliance on Maeda being limited to its disclosure of a focus ring                 
               made of quartz.                                                                              
                      The Examiner's decision is reversed.
