                       The future-forecasting teachings of Brockel are merely cumulative to                      
                the express as well as the implied teachings already found in Henderson.                         

                                          CONCLUSION OF LAW                                                      
                       As indicated supra, the obviousness of the claimed subject matter is                      
                demonstrated by the teachings of Henderson considered alone.                                     
                                                  DECISION                                                       
                       The obviousness rejection of claims 1, 3 to 5, 9, 11, 13, and 15 is                       
                affirmed.                                                                                        
                       No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with                        
                this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a)(1)(iv).
