                                           CONCLUSION                                                        
                      Upon consideration of the record and for the reasons given, it

                      Ordered that the Examiner’s rejections of claims 1-18 are                              
                reversed.                                                                                    
                      Further Ordered that the Examiner’s rejection of claim 19 as                           
                obvious over Nakagawa in view of Ando is affirmed.
