California Public Resources Code Section 701.6Legal Research Home > California Lawyer > Public Resources Code > California Public Resources Code Section 701.6 Sponsored Links(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, on and after January 1, 2007, the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection may be referred to, where appropriate and as determined by the director, as CAL-FIRE.
