California Streets And Highways Code Section 70Legal Research Home > California Lawyer > Streets and Highway Code > California Streets And Highways Code Section 70 Sponsored Links(a) The California Highway Commission is hereby abolished, and the California Transportation Commission succeeds to, and is vested with, all the duties, powers, purposes, responsibilities, and jurisdiction of the California Highway Commission. (b) Any reference in any law or regulation to the California Highway Commission shall be deemed to refer to the California Transportation Commission.
