Title XXXVIII BANKS AND BANKINGChapter 655 FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS GENERALLY655.034 Injunctions.--Whenever a violation of the financial institutions codes is threatened or impending and such violation will cause substantial injury to a state financial institution or to the depositors, members, creditors, or stockholders thereof, the circuit court has jurisdiction to hear any complaint filed by the office and, upon proper showing, to issue an injunction restraining such violation or granting other such appropriate relief.
