Sponsored LinksTitle XI COUNTY ORGANIZATION AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONSChapter 124 COMMISSIONERS' DISTRICTS124.03 Description of district boundaries to be furnished Department of State.--Whenever the boundaries of existing county commissioners' districts are, from time to time, changed by the board, it shall cause its clerk to forthwith furnish the Department of State with a certified copy of its minutes, reflecting the description of the boundaries of the district, as changed, which shall record a description of such boundaries in its office in a book kept for that purpose.
