Title XLVII   CRIMINAL PROCEDURE AND CORRECTIONS

Chapter 900   GENERAL PROVISIONS

900.02  Effective date.--The Criminal Procedure Law shall become effective at 12:01 a.m., January 1, 1971, and shall govern the procedure in all criminal cases instituted after that time.
