Sponsored LinksTitle XXXVII INSURANCEChapter 624 INSURANCE CODE: ADMINISTRATION AND GENERAL PROVISIONS624.1275 Insurance agents; prohibited exclusion from public bidding and negotiations.--A licensed insurance agent shall not be prohibited or excluded from competing or negotiating for any insurance product or plan purchased, provided, or endorsed by a state agency or any political subdivision of this state on the basis of the compensation, contractual or employment arrangement granted to the agent by an employer, insurer, or licensed agency.
