Chapter 11   LEGISLATIVE ORGANIZATION, PROCEDURES, AND STAFFING

111.0451  Requirements for reinstitution of lobbyist registration after felony conviction.--A person convicted of a felony after January 1, 2006, may not be registered as a lobbyist pursuant to s. 11.045 or 2s. 112.3215 until the person:

(1)  Has been released from incarceration and any postconviction supervision, and has paid all court costs and court-ordered restitution; and

(2)  Has had his or her civil rights restored.
