Sponsored LinksTitle XXIX PUBLIC HEALTHChapter 381 PUBLIC HEALTH: GENERAL PROVISIONS381.0082 Application for permit to operate migrant labor camp or residential migrant housing.--Application for a permit to establish, operate, or maintain a migrant labor camp or residential migrant housing must be made to the department in writing on a form and under rules prescribed by the department. The application must state the location of the existing or proposed migrant labor camp or residential migrant housing; the approximate number of persons to be accommodated; the probable duration of use, and any other information the department requires.
