Sponsored LinksTitle X PUBLIC OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND RECORDSChapter 110 STATE EMPLOYMENT110.115 Employees of historical commissions; other state employment permitted.-- (1) Staff members or employees of state historical commissions are hereby permitted or authorized to teach courses and hold part-time positions at state universities and be paid compensation from more than one appropriation if such teaching or employment does not interfere with the normal duties of such commission staff members or employees. Any agreement or contract relative to such employment must have the approval of the historical commission and the president of the university. (2) Any provision of law which prohibits the payment of salaries or compensation from more than one appropriation shall not apply to the provisions of this section. History.--s. 20, ch. 79-190.
