Title X PUBLIC OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND RECORDSChapter 110 STATE EMPLOYMENT110.1238 State group health insurance plans; refunds with respect to overcharges by providers.--A participant in a state group health insurance plan who discovers that he or she was overcharged by a health care provider shall receive a refund of 50 percent of any amount recovered as a result of such overcharge, up to a maximum of $1,000.
