Sponsored LinksTitle XXVI PUBLIC TRANSPORTATIONChapter 335 STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM335.064 Pedestrian walkways and fishing walks or bays; authority to construct.--Any state, county, or municipal agency or authority charged with the maintenance and construction of public roads and bridges is authorized to construct and maintain pedestrian walkways, fishing walks, or fishing bays on public bridges under its jurisdiction whenever it is deemed necessary to do so in the interest of safety.
