Chapter 361   PUBLIC UTILITIES: SPECIAL POWERS

361.10  Purpose.--The purpose of this act is to implement the provisions of s. 10(d), Art. VII of the State Constitution, as amended. This act may be known and cited as the "Joint Power Act."
