Title XL REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTYChapter 692 CONVEYANCES BY OR TO PARTICULAR ENTITIES692.02 Validation of conveyances.--Conveyances by corporations of lands in this state, heretofore executed, which have been sealed with the common or corporate seal of such corporation and signed in its name by a vice president or the chief executive officer thereof, shall be as valid and effective and shall bear the same presumptions as if signed in the name of such corporation by its president.
