Title XL REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTYChapter 694 CERTAIN CONVEYANCES MADE VALID694.04 Conveyances by married women; defective acknowledgments validated.--All conveyances, contracts, transfers, or mortgages of real property or of any interest in it, including relinquishments of dower, executed by a married woman before May 13, 1943, that were not acknowledged separate from her husband or in which the separate acknowledgment was defective for any other reason are as valid and effective as though the acknowledgment had been properly made.
