Sponsored LinksTitle XXXIII REGULATION OF TRADE, COMMERCE, INVESTMENTS, AND SOLICITATIONSChapter 494 MORTGAGE BROKERAGE AND MORTGAGE LENDING494.0036 Mortgage brokerage business branch offices.-- (1) A mortgage brokerage business branch office license is required for each branch office maintained by a mortgage brokerage business. (2) The office shall issue a mortgage brokerage business branch office license to a mortgage brokerage business licensee after the office determines that the licensee has submitted a completed application for a branch office in a form as prescribed by commission rule and payment of an initial nonrefundable branch office license fee of $225. The branch office license shall be issued in the name of the mortgage brokerage business that maintains the branch office. An application is considered received for purposes of s. 120.60 upon receipt of a completed application form as prescribed by commission rule, a nonrefundable application fee of $225, and any other fee prescribed by law.
