Title XXIV VESSELSChapter 327 VESSEL SAFETY327.42 Mooring to or damaging of markers or buoys prohibited.-- (1) No person shall moor or fasten a vessel to a lawfully placed aid-to-navigation marker or buoy, regulatory marker or buoy, or area boundary marker or buoy, placed or erected by any governmental agency, except in case of emergency. (2) No person shall willfully damage, alter, or move a lawfully placed aid-to-navigation marker or buoy, regulatory marker or buoy, or area boundary marker or buoy. History.--s. 1, ch. 72-20.
