Title XX VETERANSChapter 295 LAWS RELATING TO VETERANS: GENERAL PROVISIONS295.04 Appropriation; benefits.--The sum necessary for the purposes of this chapter shall be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act for each fiscal year, provided that no student shall receive an amount in excess of tuition and registration fees. Only students in good standing in their respective institutions shall receive the benefits thereof, and no student shall receive such benefits for more than 12 quarters, 8 semesters, or 8 trimesters.
