Georgia Code - Education - Title 20, Section 20-2-15Legal Research Home > Atlanta Lawyer > Appeals and Errors > Georgia Code - Education - Title 20, Section 20-2-15 The State Board of Education is authorized and is designated the proper state agency to receive all federal funds and any other funds that may be appropriated, granted, or otherwise made available to the state for educational television purposes at all levels of education and shall, after receipt of such funds, use, allot, or distribute them in accordance with the intent, terms, and conditions of such appropriations and grants.
