Georgia Code - Handicapped Persons - Title 30, Section 30-5-10Legal Research Home > Atlanta Lawyer > Handicapped Persons > Georgia Code - Handicapped Persons - Title 30, Section 30-5-10 Sponsored LinksThe Department of Human Resources, the Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Council, the Prosecuting Attorneys´ Council of the State of Georgia, and the Institute of Continuing Judicial Education shall develop programs for the education and training of social services, criminal justice, and judicial professionals concerning the abuse and exploitation of persons who are 65 years of age or older. Said agencies, together with any other agency of this state which is involved in the investigation of the abuse or exploitation of persons who are 65 years of age or older, are directed to cooperate in the development of such training programs to the extent allowable under Article I, Section II, Paragraph III of the Constitution of this state.
