Georgia Code - Handicapped Persons - Title 30, Section 30-5-6Legal Research Home > Atlanta Lawyer > Handicapped Persons > Georgia Code - Handicapped Persons - Title 30, Section 30-5-6 (a) The staff and physicians of local health departments, mental health clinics, and other public agencies shall cooperate fully with the director in the performance of the director´s duties under this chapter. (b) The director may contract with an agency or private physician for the purpose of providing immediate accessible medical evaluations in the location that the director deems most appropriate. (c) The Board of Human Resources shall adopt regulations to ensure the effective implementation of this chapter. Georgia Lawyers
