Georgia Code - Labor and Industrial Relations - Title 34, Section 34-2-9Legal Research Home > Atlanta Lawyer > Labor and Industrial Relations > Georgia Code - Labor and Industrial Relations - Title 34, Section 34-2-9 Sponsored LinksThe Commissioner of Labor shall annually, on or before January 1, compile a report covering the activities of the Department of Labor, accompanied by recommendations with reference to such changes in the law, applying to and affecting industrial labor conditions, as the Commissioner may deem advisable. Such report shall be kept in the Commissioner´s office and shall be available for public inspection during regular business hours.
