Georgia Code - Torts - Title 51, Section 51-1-44Legal Research Home > Atlanta Lawyer > Torts > Georgia Code - Torts - Title 51, Section 51-1-44 Sponsored Links(a) No dental student who participates in the provision of dental care or dental treatment under the supervision of a medical facility, academic institution, or dentist, as a part of an academic curriculum leading to the award of a dental degree, shall be liable for any civil damages to the patient as a result of any act or omission in such participation, except for willful or wanton misconduct. (b) Subsection (a) of this Code section shall not be construed to affect or limit the liability of a medical facility, academic institution, or dentist. Last modified: April 25, 2006 |
