(205 ILCS 685/10) (from Ch. 17, par. 7360)
Sec. 10.
A person who knowingly violates this Act or a rule or
regulation prescribed thereunder, other than Section 7 of this Act, is
guilty of a Class A misdemeanor for a first offense and Class 4 felony for
a second or subsequent offense.
