Fault or Conduct of Petitioner. In every action for a dissolution of marriage or legal separation, or declaration of invalidity of marriage, the conduct of the petitioner, unless raised by the pleadings, is not a bar to the action nor a proper basis for the refusal of a judgment of dissolution of marriage or legal separation or declaration of invalidity of marriage. Defenses which may be raised by the pleadings, however, shall not include the defenses abolished under Section 403(c).
