In every action for a dissolution of marriage or legal separation, or declaration of invalidity of marriage, the conduct of the petitioner, unless raised by the pleadings, is not a bar to the action nor a proper basis for the refusal of a judgment of dissolution of marriage or legal separation or declaration of invalidity of marriage.
