Illinois Adoption Act - 750 ILCS 50, Section 18.1c

Effective date of registration. Registration with the Illinois Adoption Registry and Medical Information Exchange shall become effective as soon as the applicant's completed Illinois Adoption Registry Application has been filed with the Registry.
