Disposal of old vessels.

Section 73. The commission shall have the same authority relative to the breaking up and disposing of old vessels and other floating structures in said Charles river basin that is given to the department of highways by sections forty-six to forty-nine, inclusive, of chapter ninety-one in relation to the harbors of the commonwealth.
