STATE CONSTITUTION (EXCERPT)
CONSTITUTION OF MICHIGAN OF 1963

§ 2 Mental incompetence; imprisonment.

Sec. 2.

The legislature may by law exclude persons from voting because of mental incompetence or commitment to a jail or penal institution.
