COUNTY PLANNING (EXCERPT)
Act 282 of 1945


125.102a County planning commission in certain counties; transfer to jurisdiction of county board of auditors.

Sec. 2a.

In counties having a population between 650,000 and 1,000,000 and having a board of county auditors, any county planning commission and any planning department created or existing under the provisions of this act may, by resolution of the board of supervisors, be placed under the jurisdiction of the county board of auditors.
