Authority Of Planning Department; Compliance - Mich. Comp. Laws Section 125.38b

Sec. 8b.

This act does not alter the authority of a planning department established by charter to submit a proposed plan, or a proposed extension, addition, revision, or other amendment to a plan, to a planning commission, whether directly or indirectly as provided by charter. This section notwithstanding, a planning commission must comply with the requirements of this act.
